i forgot to journal yesterday but now i dont feel like doing it

bookoff is the best store ever i mean goddamn they call it used manga but its hardly 'used' at all
also most books there are under 500en

japan has so many bikes
doc louis would love it there

and now i have a week worth of homework to do since i didn't bring it with me but who brings homework with them on vacation i mean come on

jp land day 2

early on we took the bus to yamato museum
first part of the museum had so many battleship yamato models one was a 1/10 model and i fucking touched it it was all wow
museum exploran', etc

NEXT

around 4pm we went to a school to take a tour and boy howdy it was awkward as hell
some of the most broken english i ever heard but their english was far better than what i expected
their writing was way better than most english students my god
computer lab a bunch of kids were tubing that shit up
library had some english books but i was too busy not understanding the rest of the shit
the school was like 6 stories and only 700 students or so i was told (compare 1 story school and 1500 students in us)
it really was just top
also one of uncle's acquaintances there (english teacher) suggested that i do a transfer program to their school

NEXT

we were taken to a home of one of uncle's friends
her kid showed us this nice mcelaborate temple near their house
i found out that japanese kids are hyper as fuck i mean like 'you're too slow' hyper
then we had dinner at their house
that's probably as japanese as you can get
usually a japanese family would hardly ever invite a guest to their home instead taking them out to eat
but we ate there and talked for a few hours
japs find foreigners very fascinating well at least the kids cause this little (i think 5 year old) kid was trying to get my attention

AFTERMATH

first OFFICIAL day of dora the exploring

we took a walk round the area near uncle's apartment
visited a shrine
walked over to the university where he teaches
went to youme town
got some green tea ice cream and onigiri
and i got a FUCKING HAMMER

then i had a coke as a refresher

NEXT UP

walked around some more
we went to a bookstore/game store with some GOOD FUCKING SELECTIONS LIKE 12 GODDAMN HUGE VOLUMES OF FIST OF THE MOTHERFUCKING NORTH STAR FOR LIKE 40 BUCKS EACH BOOK WAS LIKE OMNIBUS EDITION LARGE
i also bought some shit while there like this one manga that stars i mean really it is him he even has bitches
what's also great is he doesn't draw bitches he draws ON BITCHES LIKE ALL OVER THEM

then i saw an arcade and i taiko'd that bitch up
we visited a ntt docomo store and holy shit their phones are top

MOVING ON

went to this restaurant called 'Q' and had some okonomiyaki and it was delicious as fuck
after we drove around to some stores to get train passes for tomorrow
then we went to some other bookstores and my god
every goddamn bookstore in japan has like 5000 sections dedicated to manga so i damn near jizzed myself
no one gives a shit which section you go to even the porn section
one store even had them open book and THAT'S when i jizzed myself
one more arcade to play at while they were at the bookstore next door
taiko, typing, shootan, ero-shit everywhere, etc
the arcade said it doesn't allow people under 16 but i went in anyway cause i don't give a shit

and then a drive home and here we are

so far

uncle and one of his students took me and pops to a sushi bar and it was great

and then we went to a cafe for some snax and tea which was also great

then we finally arrived at his apartment

this is fun here i wish i could take you all but it'll be cramped if i do!!

me and my dad planned on leaving for hiroshima yesterday

but he had to work and our leave had to be delayed

we're supposed to leave early(say 6 1/2 hours from this post), but he's still busy and we're probably going to reschedule the flight for tuesday

he'll most likely be too tired or busy for us to leave tomorrow so now i really don't feel like going anymore(and it's to japan i mean come on)
